PINEVIEW HARDWARE FIREARM SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. These Official Rules govern each firearm sweepstakes (each, a "Sweepstakes") offered by Pineview Hardware ("Sponsor"). By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to a Sweepstakes. This promotion is a sweepstakes. It is not a raffle, a lottery, or a game of chance that requires payment. Entry is available free of charge through the mail-in method described below. 1. SPONSOR Each Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered solely by Pineview Hardware, 105 N Depot St, Pineview, GA 31071. The Sponsor is solely responsible for the operation of each Sweepstakes. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any firearm manufacturer, any social media platform (including Facebook or Meta), or any payment processor. 2. ELIGIBILITY Each Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry. By entering, you represent that you are at least 21 years old and that you are legally permitted to enter, to own, and to possess firearms under all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Persons under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from entering or participating. Employees and officers of Pineview Hardware, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to win. Each Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Certain Sweepstakes are not open to residents of New York or Florida; any such restriction is stated on that Sweepstakes' entry page. It is each entrant's responsibility to confirm that entering and receiving a prize are lawful in the entrant's jurisdiction. 3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD AND DETAILS Each Sweepstakes specifies its own entry price, the total number of entries available, the prize, the approximate retail value of the prize, and the drawing or closing date. Those details appear on that Sweepstakes' entry page and form part of these Official Rules. 4. HOW TO ENTER Limit one entry per person for each Sweepstakes. This limit applies regardless of the method of entry. A person's name, email address, and phone number may each be used to enter a given Sweepstakes only once; duplicate entries will be disqualified. There are two ways to enter, and both have the same chance of winning: (a) Online entry. Complete the entry form for the Sweepstakes on the Pineview Hardware website and submit the entry price shown. (b) Free mail-in entry (no purchase necessary). Hand print, on a plain piece of paper, your full legal name, date of birth, complete mailing address, phone number, email address, and the name of the specific Sweepstakes you wish to enter. Mail it in its own envelope with sufficient postage to: Pineview Hardware, 105 N Depot St, Pineview, GA 31071. Your mail-in entry must be received before the Sweepstakes closing date. A mail-in entry has the same chance of winning as a paid online entry. 5. ODDS OF WINNING The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes. 6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION The winner of each Sweepstakes will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted once all entries have been sold or on the stated closing date, whichever occurs first, and will be shown live on the Pineview Hardware Facebook page. The winner will be notified by email or phone, using the contact information provided with the entry, within 48 hours of the drawing. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within a reasonable period, declines the prize, or is found to be ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. 7. PRIZES Each prize is awarded as-is, with no warranties of any kind except those, if any, provided by the manufacturer. The approximate retail value of each prize is stated on that Sweepstakes' entry page. Prizes will be awarded as described. Where a described prize becomes unavailable through no fault of the Sponsor, the Sponsor may, only to the extent permitted by applicable law, substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are non-transferable. Any tax arising from a prize is the sole responsibility of the winner. 8. FIREARM PRIZES AND TRANSFER Every firearm prize will be transferred only through a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer and in strict compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. The winner of a firearm prize must complete ATF Form 4473, pass all required background checks, and meet every legal requirement to receive and possess the firearm. If a firearm prize is shipped into or out of state, the winner must provide the contact information for a licensed FFL dealer in the winner's state. Shipping and any transfer fees charged by the receiving FFL may be the responsibility of the winner. If the winner fails the background check, cannot lawfully possess a firearm, or refuses to complete the transfer process, the firearm prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. 9. ENTRIES, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATION All entries are final and non-refundable unless a Sweepstakes is canceled by the Sponsor. If a Sweepstakes is canceled before completion, paid entrants may receive, at the Sponsor's election, a full refund of their entry payments for that Sweepstakes or a transfer of their entries to a similar Sweepstakes. 10. PUBLICITY RELEASE Except where prohibited by law, by entering you agree that the Sponsor may use the winner's name, city, state, photograph, and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes without further notice, permission, or compensation. 11. RELEASE OF LIABILITY By participating, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Pineview Hardware and its owner, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability relating to participation in a Sweepstakes, the use or misuse of any prize, and the ownership or operation of any firearm. 12. GENERAL CONDITIONS The Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Official Rules and to cancel, suspend, or modify any Sweepstakes, and to disqualify any entrant the Sponsor suspects of fraud, tampering, or violation of these Official Rules. If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. 13. PRIVACY Information collected at entry is used to administer the Sweepstakes, contact winners, and meet legal and recordkeeping obligations. It is not sold. 14. PAYMENT PROCESSING Payments made on this website are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Pineview Hardware does not store full payment card numbers. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. 15. GOVERNING LAW These Official Rules and each Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute relating to a Sweepstakes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia. By entering a Sweepstakes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Official Rules.
